AERIUM Analytics Announces Changes to Ownership and Senior Leadership Team Following Acquisition of Peregrine Autonomous Shares.
CALGARY, A.B., February 2, 2021—Effective December 18, 2020 Aerium Investment Group (A.I.G.) acquired all shares of AERIUM Analytics Inc. from Peregrine Autonomous Inc.. As part of this change, Connie Down-Cicoria has assumed the role of Chair of the AERIUM Board of Directors and Jordan Cicoria has been named as President of AERIUM Analytics. AERIUM Analytics Inc. As one of the original founders of AERIUM, Jordan has played an integral part in making AERIUM one of the leading drone service providers in North America. Since the company’s inception in 2016, Jordan Cicoria has held several management roles including the role of Managing Director and Vice President of Operations, and oversaw the implementation of Project SkySensus in 2020. The project has allowed him to expand on the vision of the company. In addition to his leadership role at AERIUM, Jordan Cicoria joined the board of Unmanned Systems Canada (USC-STC) in 2017 with the goal of representing the interests of the Canadian unmanned industry. Since then, Jordan has been appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Unmanned Systems Canada.
