“To be respected enough by my peers and now be named a finalist for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur and Women of Influence Innovation Award is very humbling. When I started my business over 40 years ago, there were many times over the years that I was the only woman sitting in the boardroom, but I never let others tell me what I could and couldn’t do. By surrounding myself with innovators, thinkers and leaders allowed AERIUM to achieve what we always dreamed was possible, and we are very excited for our future. I want to thank my family, my staff, and my key advisors for helping me achieve the honour of being considered for this award .” says Connie Down-Cicoria.
The winners will be announced and celebrated at the 29th Annual Awards Gala, on Wednesday, November 17, where all attendees will be once again digitally transported into our Virtual Awards Gala. The evening’s festivities and award ceremony which will be live streamed around the world will shine a spotlight on all these amazing Canadian women entrepreneurs.
